These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Expansio Scheduler (the "Service"). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.
Expansio Scheduler lets you connect your own Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube accounts and schedule and publish content to them from a single dashboard.
You must provide accurate information when signing up and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You may only connect social media accounts you own or are explicitly authorized to manage. By connecting an account, you grant us permission to publish the content you create through the Service to that account, per the schedule you set.
You agree not to use the Service to publish content that is illegal, infringes on others' rights, is defamatory, or violates the terms of service of the connected platform. You remain solely responsible for the content you publish. We may suspend accounts that violate this section.
Publishing depends on the availability and policies of Meta, LinkedIn, and Google/YouTube. We are not responsible for publishing failures, rate limits, API changes, or account restrictions imposed by those platforms.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," currently in active development. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
The Service is currently free during the soft-launch period. We will give notice before introducing any paid plans.
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or connected platforms' policies.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including losses related to failed or delayed posts.
We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Lucknow having exclusive jurisdiction.
